Week 8: PARAX.

 After weeks of interval discussions and brainstorming, we've come to the final product of our efforts.

Introducing PARAX. Kerfing Parametric Pavilion, sparking a dialogue on the human-robotics polemic in urban context.

PARAX. is composed of parametric modular units, coming together to form both an aesthetic and functional mass, and placed in the centre of REXKL to celebrate the reintegration of timber and break the stereotypical perception of it being a stiff or outdated material.

Kerfing is the approach used in the pavilion, as it:
1-Alows the timber to be bent into desired shapes without
using additional resources.
2-It can adapt to the needs and circumstances of the construction site and process.
3-It provides an aesthetic benefit with its organic shape, and it allows light to penetrate its vicinity.
